These Terms and Conditions govern your use of the DPD Mails website and shipping services. By placing an order with us, you agree to these terms.

When you request a shipment through our website or a member of our team, you confirm that the information you provide (sender, recipient, contents, weight, and dimensions) is accurate and complete. We reserve the right to decline any shipment.
You must not send illegal goods, dangerous goods, or items prohibited by UK or destination-country law through our service. A full list of restricted items is available on request. We reserve the right to inspect, refuse, or return any parcel that we reasonably believe breaches this condition.
All prices quoted are correct at the time of quotation and may vary based on final weight, dimensions, destination, or customs duties. Payment is due as agreed at the time of booking unless otherwise stated in writing.
Estimated delivery times are provided in good faith but are not guaranteed. DPD Mails is not liable for delays caused by customs processing, weather, strikes, or other circumstances outside our reasonable control.
Our liability for loss or damage to a shipment is limited to the declared value of the goods, up to a maximum of £100 per shipment, unless additional cargo insurance was purchased at booking. We strongly recommend appropriate insurance for high-value items.
You may cancel an order before collection/dispatch by contacting support@dpdmails.com. Once a shipment is in transit, cancellation may not be possible. Any refund due will be processed within 10 working days.

These terms are governed by the laws of England and Wales, and any disputes will be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of England and Wales.
We may update these terms from time to time. Continued use of our services after changes are posted constitutes acceptance of the updated terms.
